At KAVU, we want to ensure your gear is ready for your next adventure; if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in new, unwashed condition with original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

Pack Your Gear

Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Refund

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
